Garden Design & Build - Costs

Initial site visit & consultation

Our fee for the initial site visit & consultation is £75.00 within a 15 mile radius of Norwich. For distances in excess of this, £12.50 is added for each additional 10 miles travelled to site.

Layout design

Upon instruction, we will provide a detailed, scaled, annotated design of your garden showing the hard landscaping structures & features including the lawn & planting areas. Any alterations to the layout design can be undertaken at this stage & the first revision is included in the fixed layout design fee.

The fee for the layout design will be confirmed during the initial meeting & is based upon the size & complexity of the brief. Typical layout designs start from £250.00. An average sized garden will cost approximately £400.00.

Quotation

We will provide a free specification & itemised quotation.

Construction

Upon instruction our landscape department will schedule the works & liaise with you throughout the construction process.

Planting

The perfect selection of plants usually occurs through discussions between you, the client, and our plant experts without the need for a planting plan. The fee for a formal planting plan for an average sized garden, is approximately £350.00.
